Role & Responsibilities
DESIGN TEAM LEAD:
- Managed team of designers and front end developers who worked in conjunction with top stakeholders and marketing and SEO team.
- Conducted research to prioritize features and deliverables.
- Planned timelines and sprints to align with agile development process
- Worked with a remote team, utilizing slack, gotomeeting, basecamp and google docs to stay aligned.
Scope & Constraints
Major evolution of past offerings, shift from mainly static, brochure sites and ads to a platform with dynamic capabilities and advanced seo, reputation management, and online marketing in addition.
Had over 600 clients in legacy system, needed to shift without alienating existing customers, honor grandfathered systems, upsell to new products
Roll out products incrementally in a way that made sense, offered additional value, sell new docs.
Introduce new brand in a way that doesn’t confuse existing customers, invites new ones.
